Terms of Service.

By booking with Studio Sweat, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be made via our website (through the Fresha app), by email, or by phone.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking via our website, over the phone, or through a secure payment link sent by email.

  • Future sessions may also be paid for in person at the studio.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Studio Sweat has a strict 12-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.

  • Changes made within 12 hours of your booking, or failure to attend, will result in the full session fee being charged.

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your booking may be forfeited and charged in full.

Refunds & Transfers

  • Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable outside of the cancellation policy.

  • Studio Sweat is not liable to refund, transfer, or compensate for late arrivals, cancellations, or changes made outside of the policy timeframe.

Studio Conduct

  • Entry may be refused if a guest is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or behaves in an inappropriate or unsafe manner towards staff or other guests. In these cases, payments will not be refunded.

  • Studio Sweat is not responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings. Please take all items with you into your private room.

Health & Safety

  • Please inform us prior to your session if you are feeling unwell or have any medical conditions that may impact your treatment.

  • Studio Sweat is not liable for injury, illness, loss of property, or death resulting from the use of our services.

Pricing & Products

  • Prices are subject to change; notice will be provided where possible.

  • All Sweat Packs, Sweat + Chill Packs, memberships, and gift cards are non-transferable and non-refundable.

By booking a Sweat or Sweat + Chill session at Studio Sweat, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
