By booking with Studio Sweat, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be made via our website (through the Fresha app), by email, or by phone.
Payment is required at the time of booking via our website, over the phone, or through a secure payment link sent by email.
Future sessions may also be paid for in person at the studio.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Studio Sweat has a strict 12-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.
Changes made within 12 hours of your booking, or failure to attend, will result in the full session fee being charged.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your booking may be forfeited and charged in full.
Refunds & Transfers
Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable outside of the cancellation policy.
Studio Sweat is not liable to refund, transfer, or compensate for late arrivals, cancellations, or changes made outside of the policy timeframe.
Studio Conduct
Entry may be refused if a guest is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or behaves in an inappropriate or unsafe manner towards staff or other guests. In these cases, payments will not be refunded.
Studio Sweat is not responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings. Please take all items with you into your private room.
Health & Safety
Please inform us prior to your session if you are feeling unwell or have any medical conditions that may impact your treatment.
Studio Sweat is not liable for injury, illness, loss of property, or death resulting from the use of our services.
Pricing & Products
Prices are subject to change; notice will be provided where possible.
All Sweat Packs, Sweat + Chill Packs, memberships, and gift cards are non-transferable and non-refundable.
By booking a Sweat or Sweat + Chill session at Studio Sweat, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
